My name is Jarmila Volena and I started in real estate business in Camden in 1985. I was affiliated with a top well-known privately-owned company in town and as a result I gained extensive experience in all phases of real estate business. Her love affair with houses started early, growing up in an 1820’s Sea Captain’s home in historic Thomaston, Maine. As a native Mainer, Nichole is ingrained in the community and has a plethora of knowledge about our coastal communities and neighborhoods.  

Her years spent in the Marketing Industry & and recently as a Commercial Lender helped her gain important skills that will allow her to provide the best service to her clients in all aspects of the buying and selling process. Nichole and her husband are raising 3 beautiful children in Mid-Coast, Maine. In her free time, you’ll most likely find her on the hunt for anything vintage or at a youth sporting  event. She loves giving back to her community by coaching Basketball and Softball and is an active board member of Oceanside Little League. Her community involvement also includes previous seats with the Camden Area Business Group, Oceanside Boosters & Camden Rotary Club.
