Ann was born and raised in Thomaston, Maine. She is a graduate of Georges Valley High School, the University of Maine at Farmington with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and the Sunstate Academy of Hair Design/Cosmetology in Sarasota Florida. She worked for Bank of America and TD Banknorth for a few years serving the local community in customer service. After graduating from cosmetology school in 2001, she worked as a hairstylist for a few different salons before she opened her own hair salon and worked in the industry for 20+ years focusing on the needs of clients. She is trustworthy, honest, enthusiastic, and understanding – She would love to utilize this skill set to help you successfully sell/buy your home. She is a great listener, knowledgeable about the market, is energetic and has built her business on her reputation and outgoing personality while remaining where her roots began. 

Ann has also been a long time real estate investor, dealing with short term and long term rentals. She loves every aspect of the real estate world. In her free time, you’ll find her spending time with family and friends, and enjoying this beautiful land in Maine that we are blessed with.

My name is Jarmila Volena and I started in real estate business in Camden in 1985. I was affiliated with a top well-known privately-owned company in town and as a result I gained extensive experience in all phases of real estate business. My husband and I have been calling Camden and Rockport home for last 40 years living in a home that my husband designed and built with great care and expertise. Nichole is ready to help you find your ideal home or sell your current home. She has a knack for seeing the hidden beauty in all homes. Her love affair with houses started early, growing up in an 1820’s Sea Captain’s home in historic Thomaston, Maine. As a native Mainer, Nichole is ingrained in the community and has a plethora of knowledge about our coastal communities and neighborhoods.  

Her years spent in the Marketing Industry & and recently as a Commercial Lender helped her gain important skills that will allow her to provide the best service to her clients in all aspects of the buying and selling process. Nichole and her husband are raising 3 beautiful children in Mid-Coast, Maine. In her free time, you’ll most likely find her on the hunt for anything vintage or at a youth sporting  event. She loves giving back to her community by coaching Basketball and Softball and is an active board member of Oceanside Little League. Her community involvement also includes previous seats with the Camden Area Business Group, Oceanside Boosters & Camden Rotary Club.

Abby has worked as the Executive Administrative Assistant and Program Manager to the owner and CEO of an Engineering company working with investors, owners, towns, vendors and managers to support the needs of the office and meet the CEO’s goals. She has also worked traveling the state of Maine working for a hotel company that owns multiple properties in Maine and has explored every town within a 20-mile radius of each.
