Jarmila Yolenda – Broker

My name is Jarmila Volena and I started in real estate business in Camden in 1985. I was affiliated with a top well-known privately-owned company in town and as a result I gained extensive experience in all phases of real estate business. If you are looking to buy and sell real estate in coastal Maine, I offer personal service in all aspects of real estate to Buyers and Sellers.

My husband and I have been calling Camden and Rockport home for last 40 years living in a home that my husband designed and built with great care and expertise. This beautiful part of Maine offers so many things that we enjoy: hiking, cooking, boating, gardening and dancing, while we appreciate close connection with nature. We truly live “The way life should be” and with my professional experience I can make happen for you as well.

 

Kristen Budlong – Sales Agent

Finding the right property for someone is an enjoyable puzzle and a privilege. Helping people sell their home means a new journey awaits, and that’s exciting, too. The most important piece of each process is listening to my clients and recognizing their real estate hopes and dreams! Helping people launch their next housing chapter is extremely satisfying and the reason I show up for work each day. There are opportunities everywhere and my job is to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals as they define what home means for them.

My former roles as a teacher and a librarian allow me to navigate and enjoy the real estate process. I have years spent experiencing all kinds of people, with many needs and wants, moods and learning styles! I appreciate how unique every person is and see the customer service aspect of helping buyers and sellers as paramount to my job. I love to hear people’s stories, think creatively, cross all the Ts and dot all the Is, and have some fun along the way as I work with folks to get their deals done. My interest in all kinds of houses and ways to live used to be “just a hobby” that I indulged with multiple subscriptions to shelter magazines and personal real estate transactions when I was otherwise professionally employed, but now that it’s what I do each day, I couldn’t be happier.
